Custom Tumbler Orders

If you happen to choose a tumbler for your order, at checkout, there is a box to enter all the details for your tumbler.

I will send a preview of your custom order before I complete it to get approval.

Shirt Orders

They are made to order.

Local Pick-Up

Times for local pick-up is from 5 pm to 8 pm/7 days a week unless specified.  This is only for anyone in the Middle Georgia area.  Address will be given when the order is ready.  Pickup location is in Kathleen.

Order Changes

Once payment is confirmed, no changes can be made to your order. NO EXCEPTIONS. Tumblers are worked on in the order they are received so any changes or updates have a chance of not happening. 

Shipping

Your items will be packaged and shipped via USPS or UPS. Tracking will be provided once your package is shipped (if applicable).

If your shipping address does not match the address you have on file with PayPal, please provide your correct shipping address when placing your order. Your shipping address CAN NOT be changed once your order has been placed. 

I am not responsible for packages once it is in the hands of USPS. In the event your package comes damaged or lost in transit please reach out to me. Send me photos immediately of damages. Please make sure to double check your shipping address. I can not be held responsible for incorrect address on your end. Shipping time is not the same as turn around time. 

Refunds/Returns

7 Day Policy
All items listed in my shop are handmade. As with all handmade items, there may be small imperfections. However, large imperfections should not be present.

If there is a issue with your item, you will be responsible for reaching out to Tiana Chanell Creates; please send pictures of the item, and upon receipt and inspection of the item, a return label will be emailed to you. Upon receipt and re-inspection of the item, we will repair the item at no cost you and re-send. In order for a return to be accepted/approved it must be unused and in its original packaging.

Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges.

My Rights & Responsibilities

I will complete your order in my timeline listed, unless otherwise communicated. If there are any questions or changes I may have, they will be communicated to you promptly.

I reserve the right to decline service due to personal or professional circumstances.
